11.00 – 11.30: What is MAKESPACE? Why are we here
11.30 – 13.30: Intro to the Arduino Platform, Electronics Tinkering!
–> Basic Arduino Programming
–> Breadboards, Wiring, Resistors, LEDs and Components
–> Input and Output: Creating Physical Computing Prototypes
13.30 – 14.30: Lunch Break (bring your own)
14.30 – 17.45: Programming with SENSORS and ACTUATORS
–> Building Dynamic Systems with different sensors (Motion, Proximity, Touch, Sound, Pressure, Level, etc.)
–> Visualising the data collected using LCD Displays and Actuators
17.45 – 18.00: Day 1 Wrap Up

NOTES:
+ This 2-day “Tinkering Bootcamp” is meant to be a safe and comprehensive introduction to the Maker Movement, ideally targeted to newcomers and beginners, but intermediate and advanced makers are also welcome to participate freely.
+ Please bring your laptops/chargers to successfully take part in the hands-on activities planned during the 2-day tinkering bootcamp
+ All materials, devices and components will be provided to you for the entire duration of the bootcamp. You are also welcome to bring your own kits, equipment or builds for show-and-tell.
+ All 2 days of the Tinkering Bootcamp will take place at MakersBox [Okhla]
